All admission and registry procedures, as well as students records re managed by a computerized system and a separate server that facilitates easy access to data. A backup of all data is kept by both the Computer Centers of the College and Yarmouk University. That forms a risk management measure to keep the data secure and in safe custody.

The system takes all academic and financial regulations into account. Access is provided to all managers concerned as well as staff through an Intranet system to enable them provide academic counseling to the students. 

Internet registration is feasible, and interactivity with the MoHE Centre of Unified Registry is available.

Paper records of students’ documents and correspondence are kept by the Department of Admission and Registration.
