OBJECTIVES This major aims at preparing qualified students for the labor market in the field of information technology as government departments, computer centers, and education institutions. Computer applications like management information systems have become a necessity in most scientific, economic, industrial, and service activities. This eventually leads to the importance of the availability of technicians who can deal with computer systems, programs, and technicalities.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY The college is keen on providing the students with computer labs in order to enhance programming skills, system analysis, and system information capabilities.
STUDY PLAN Students should pass (66) credit hours to get their Diploma and (132) credit hours to get their Bachelor degree in Management Information System
LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION Due to the importance of English Language in Management Information System, it is used as the medium of instruction in all College departments.
ADMISSION Students with the secondary education certificate (or equivalent) can join this major, according to the terms and conditions outlined in the College Admission Policy.
