The Strategic Plan of OCMT is the main College planning document. It provides clear statements of the College mission, vision and objectives, and delineates the bases from which all other strategic and operational plans of the College flow.

OCMT began with a ten-year strategy plan (2005-2015). That was a self-initiated plan at the beginning of work at the College, with benchmarks stated and expectations defined. At the end of 2008, after a workshop conducted by OQN, the College modified its strategy plan into a five-year strategy plan (2009-2014).
