ICDL GCC Foundation, the governing body and certification authority of the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) program in the Gulf States, has approved Oman College of Management and Technology as a centre for ICDL programs.  

The College adopted ICDL as the college standard in the digital literacy training of its students and faculty members. It will also offer the ICDL program to the greater community of the south Batina region. This accreditation is expected to boost the IT competency of the region workforce in line with mandates by most government and private establishments requiring job applicants to obtain ICDL certification.
