At the Oman College of Management and Technology, the activities of sharing experiences, knowledge, and skills development program for employees, which was presented by the college to the employees of the South Al Batinah Municipality, was concluded. The program lasted for two weeks from 13 to 21 June 2022. This program comes as an embodiment of the role of partnership between government and private institutions, and it also comes to achieve the future vision of Oman 2040, in addition to strengthening the role of the college in the field of community service, in which the college records distinguished achievements on an ongoing basis, in coordination with the Unit of Industry and Community Engagement, and Department of Administrative and Financial Sciences. Where a number of training workshops have been prepared in various fields: managing technical projects, developing planning skills and project scheduling, strategic planning skills, building operational plans, applying clear performance indicators, preparing reports, memoranda, and minutes of municipal meetings, basics of supervision and inspection, project design and management. Developmental, advanced analysis of financial statements, reporting and decision-making, positive leadership and its impact on the creative behavior of employees.
In this context, the college affirms its keenness to serve and develop the community, in addition to its always striving to implement such programs.
