As per the college’s vision and mission, and dedicating its great role in community service and support to charitable and voluntary organizations, the Oman College of Management and Technology, in cooperation with Senyar Emergency Center, organized the International Paramedic Course presented by the trainer: Affan Awlad Thani, in the presence of a number of trainees and those interested in developing their skills in every field regarding first aid.
The course included a detailed definition of the importance of first aid, and its great role in the correct behavior in the event of any emergency, as well as the importance of emergency numbers and the need to keep them to deal with any emergency. The workshop also dealt with the types of first aid, and how to intervene in various emergency situations that occur suddenly, such as fractures, burns, drowning, shock, heart attack, and other cases.
It is worth noting that the course was widely welcomed and well received by those interested in this matter from inside and outside the college. Where this course is a real breakthrough for the memorandum of understanding that was signed earlier between Senyar Emergency Center and the college with the aim of holding a series of these training courses of interest to individuals and society
The International Paramedic Course concludes its work in the college
