With close coordination from the head of the Marketing and Public Relations Unit at the college, Ms. Hanan Al-Badriya, and from the head of Ansana Center, Dr. Idris Al-Faliti, the Oman College of Management and Technology was honored to receive a delegation headed by Alsayidah Wafaa bint Hilal Al Busaidi to inspect the summer program organized by the college. The delegation included both Dr. Muhammad Al-Maktoumi, a researcher in the field of psychological sciences, and Dr. Anam Al-Muqamiya, a psychological consultant in the care of the gifted. Prof. Walid Hamidat, Dean of the College, and Dr. Hazem Migdady, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Scientific Research, were at the forefront of the receivers. Where the Dean of the College stressed the constant keenness to host such events because of their great impact on the individual and society. For its part, the visiting delegation praised the college’s role in community service in general, and its embrace of the summer program in particular, to support and develop the skills and capabilities of young people and direct them positively to employ and activate them, and enable students to discover their talents and skills.
Then the delegation met the students enrolled in the summer program, who were divided into groups according to the teaching stages, where the delegation got acquainted with the most important activities and programs that are being implemented, the most important of which are: English language, presentation and radio, artificial intelligence, psychological skills, Arabic calligraphy, story writing, Opera and theater, first aid, in addition to organizing a group of tours and field trips, such as visiting the Engineering Village, and the History Museum.
A delegation headed by Alsayidah Wafaa Al Busaidi visits the summer program at the college
