Under the auspices of Dr. Waled Hamedat, Dean of the College, the Human Resources Department, in cooperation with the Marketing and Public Relations Department and the Technical Support Department, organized a meeting of the college administration with members of the teaching and administrative staff with the aim of placing them within the general perception of the college’s current situation and directions during the coming period. During his speech to the staff, the Dean of the College announced the names of the distinguished employees for the academic year 2021-2022 based on the annual evaluation process approved by the College. Where Mr. Mohamed Babiker from the Department of Administrative and Financial Sciences, and Mrs. Noshaba Miriam from the Department of Interior Design were chosen as the outstanding faculty staff. Fellow Zahra Al-Salhiya from the Student Affairs Department, and Ghada Al-Nasibiya from the Quality Assurance Department, were also selected as the outstanding employees from the administrative body. Then the Dean of the College distributed certificates of appreciation to a number of employees and faculty who maintained an upward pace of performance during the year.
In this context, the college believes that this type of practice will motivate the employees and enhance their competitiveness in a positive and constructive manner, in a way that enhances the work environment in the college and pushes the direction of employee development and improvement of performance.
