On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, the College organized a symposium on the "Upgrade" program, which comes within the efforts and programs of the Scientific Research Council at the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation with the aim of encouraging and raising awareness to transform student graduation projects into start-up companies that contribute to developing the labor market and providing more opportunities for researchers. For work in various fields and disciplines, so that these startups contribute to revitalizing the labor market, increasing its vitality, and dedicating the role of youth in the future of the market.
Where the college hosted Mr. Noaman Al Kalbani, who specializes in managing the partnership between research and innovation, from the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation in the Sultanate, and that was organized and supervised by Dr. Basil Bani Ismail, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Management Information Systems, and Focal Point Between the college and the Scientific Research Council in the ministry.
