Appreciation Letter from the Dean
The Dean appreciates the efforts of college staff in supporting the remote teaching process
I have been thinking of writing to you one of these days. It's been more than two months since we stopped regular classes. This has been a new experience for all of us, in fact, the whole world.
Initially, we have had some reservations about remote classes and their effectiveness. We had also some doubts whether the student population would accept it and continue studies. Parents also had their own worries about the whole thing. However, time has proved that our decision to go with remote classes was the right thing to do.
We are proud of the fact that our college is one of the first HEIs to deliver live classes online. We have conducted GFP Final Exams and Academic Programmes Final Exams online with 100% attendance. GFP has already started the Third Semester and Post Foundation Summer classes will go online on the 31st of May. We hope that a good number of students would join in for the Summer semester.
The MOHE has acknowledged our online classes and services and congratulated us for continuing our committed services to the community. All these have been possible with the help of you - our dedicated staff members. The BoD & BoT have expressed their appreciation for the efforts that we have put in during these trying circumstances.
I would like to place on record the College management's sincere thanks to all the staff members for their dedication and invaluable support which have guided us through to be a model for other HEIs.
I request your continued support and patience, so that our students are benefited as best as possible.
Many thanks indeed!!
NB. Wishing each one of you in advance a very happy Eid Al Fitr holidays. Eid Mubarak!!Start writing here...
