Oman College of Management and Technology (OCMT) announces a vacant position in the department of finance affairs to be filled immediately as per the following qualifications:
1. Diploma/Bachelor in accounting/finance with excellent computer knowledge (MS office).
2. Minimum experience – 1-2 years.
3. Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in a team spirit.
The main job description is as per the following:
1. To enter the vouchers in computerized system.
2. To verify and prepare petty cash Vouchers.
3. Knowledge of doing Bank Reconciliation.
4. Preparing the Invoices.
5. To verify Salary & Overtime.
6. To prepare payment to suppliers.
7. Any other task assigned by Head of Department
