The Training and Career Guidance Office conducted an important workshop titled "Entrepreneurship and Startup," where participants gained valuable insights to enhance their professional profiles and distinguish themselves in the competitive job market. This workshop took place on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. And it was delivered by the Mr. Hamad Al Shamsi, from the Department of Administrative and Financial Sciences, as part of the college's commitment to developing practical skills among students, aiming to equip them with the necessary tools and strategies for success in today's dynamic job market.

Mr. Hamad Al Shamsi, with his extensive expertise in the field, led the session, which was rich in knowledge. Its aim was to empower participants with valuable guidance and encourage them to focus on exploring entrepreneurship as a career option, covering topics such as business planning, financing, and marketing.

One of the workshop's highlights was emphasizing the importance of simulation-based training in entrepreneurship for startups. Throughout the workshop, participants were motivated to acquire new skills in creative thinking and collaborative problem-solving, refining their abilities in crafting an effective business model that enables startups to succeed and excel. The workshop was delivered through an interactive session that mirrored the real-world experience of startups, with experts assisting participants in defining their project vision, identifying their target audience, anticipating potential challenges, and developing successful strategic plans.


At the conclusion of the workshop, participants expressed their great admiration for the content and organization, affirming that it significantly added value to their professional development and enhanced their opportunities for employment.
