The Student Affairs Department organized Ice-Breaking Event for new students, on Monday, 25/9/2023, at eleven o'clock in the morning, the event aims to inform new students about the college's rules and regulations, introduce them to the available services, and prepare them psychologically for university study.
The event included an awareness
session on the rules of internal scholarships and the Admission and
Registration Department, presented by Mr. Mohammad Al-Zadjali, Head of the
Admission and Registration Department, Ms. Ruwaiya Al-Rabaani,
Student Activities Specialist, talked about services of the Student Affairs department
and Student Activities, a video summarizing the events for the academic year
2022–2023 was also shown. Next, student Nusaiba Al-Thuwaibi managed
ice-breaking exercises for the students.
A psychological preparation for university life awareness session was presented by Ms. Zahra Al-Salhi, Head of the Student Affairs Department, and at the conclusion of the event, student Hajar Al-Balushi shared her experience in the theater club and the influence of student activity on the development of her personality.
