A team of students from the college achieved third place in the Sultanate of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Award Competition, South Al Batinah Governorate branch, in the student companies category.
The college was represented in this competition by the student company “GU Sensor”, which was distinguished by its technical product capable of monitoring water levels in valleys and issuing appropriate warnings at the appropriate time. The work team consisted of a diverse group of college students from various specialties, and they were: the student Zuwaina bint Ahmed Al-Muzaini, the student Rahaf bint Saeed Al-Kiyoumi, the student Quds bint Nasr Al-Khasibi, the student Ghaith bin Saleh Al-Harrasi, and the student Al-Aws bin Hamad Al-Buraiki. And the student Hajar bint Abdullah Al-Maawali.
