Representatives of the Student Advisory Council, the Academic Committee, the Voluntary Work Club in the College, the Admission and Registration Department, the Marketing and Public Relations Department, attended the first meeting of the Siraj Endowment Foundation with the heads of student councils and representatives of student affairs and the admission and registration department in higher education institutions, on Wednesday 19th July, 2023.
The meeting began with a welcoming speech delivered by Eng. Mahmoud bin Khalfan Al-Hadidi, CEO of the foundation, in which he thanked the attendees for their response to this invitation. Then he introduced the members of the Board of Directors, and gave an overview of the Siraj Endowment Foundation, and its role in supporting education. Then he touched on the plan and objectives of the institution, in addition to the role of the advisory councils in introducing the Siraj Foundation. He also urged officials in the student affairs departments and those concerned with student activities to support the institution by encouraging talented youth in photography and acting. At the end of the meeting, Eng. Mahmoud Al-Hadidi confirmed that there will be visits to universities and colleges in the Sultanate, as an affirmation and consolidation of continuous communication and concerted efforts between the two parties.
