The College’s Career Training and Guidance Office participated in the graduation ceremony of the first batch of the “Manahil Al-Izz” program, which consists of 20 students from various universities and colleges in the Sultanate, which was organized by Alizz Islamic Bank. It is noteworthy that college students were part of this program. The “Manahil Al-Ezz” program is designed to train university and college students who are approaching graduation, with the aim of enhancing their capabilities and providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to integrate and compete in the labor market. It is worth noting that the program is not limited to developing banking skills, but extends to enhancing leadership skills, personality development, project management, overcoming challenges in the field of business and providing effective solutions. Participants in the program were selected according to the nominations of the colleges and universities to which they belong, as they were distributed from various governorates of the Sultanate. An effective framework and a distinct curriculum of the highest quality have been provided by the bank to enhance learning processes using the latest technologies. This comes with the aim of making knowledge available and obtainable in a flexible and easy way, qualifying them to understand the work environment and its characteristics in preparation for joining it, and encouraging them to think innovatively and become effective pioneers and initiators in meeting basic needs.
