Oman College of Management and Technology, represented by the Head of the Student Affairs Department, Ms. Ruya Al-Rabiani, participated in the launching ceremony of the “Khuta” platform for career guidance, which took place under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Khamis bin Saif Al-Jabri, Head of the Follow-up Unit for the Implementation of Oman Vision 2040, on Wednesday 5th July, 2023. This platform is considered the first e-platform for career guidance in the Sultanate of Oman, as the idea of its establishment came to keep pace with the strategies and directions of the Sultanate in the education sector, scientific research, and innovation, in addition to meeting the needs of the labor market and employment. This step is considered an important and essential step to support students coming to university studies, through its ability to provide comprehensive details of the specializations offered in universities and colleges in the Sultanate, and it also helps the job seeker to obtain professional courses and certificates.
